“The cool factor is all around. Gondola's at your doorstep, the Tahoe landscape, Mountain air, outdoor activities staring you in the face while staying in well anointed digs. This is a romantic place if you want a couples get away. But - it is a great place for family vacation as well. In short - I found this to be a bargain for the experience you get. There aren't too many things to complain about. But, as I am giving an honest review - I'll share the only two I had. First: You have to go check in at the Vacation Club entrance - so we spent quite a bit of time looking for where to park and check in since the address is on the other side of the property from there. They should tell you that when you book. They didn't - so there was that. And speaking of parking - I like that you are protected with the secure garage parking, but it's tight for SUV's and trucks. Also - check out is 10:00 AM and the clean up team is at the door at 10:00 AM to make sure you are ushered away. It is best to stay longer than just an overnight visit in order to truly grab the experience. And, probably not stay up too late the night before check out. This is the place where I stay when visiting Tahoe. I highly recommend.”

“It was overkill! There's not necessary for this many bathrooms, a great deck to look out upon, fireplace three bathrooms, washer dryer a refrigerator we could have lived inside of... Just an amazing amount of space for two people. Absolutely just luxurious beyond reason!”

“The lodge itself is a great place for a vacation. Our room was very spacious, clean, and felt new—perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the check-in experience was a bit frustrating. We had booked with Hyatt, but upon arrival, the lobby was closed, and there was no Hyatt staff available. When we got lost, we called the number provided and were directed to check in at a different location. It would have been much better if we had been notified of this change ahead of time, so we didn’t waste time searching. Since it was the off-season, the resort felt very quiet, with most stores closed. I only saw one other person walking around during our stay.”
